If I told you I could get you 10,000 Facebook Likes tomorrow, what does that mean?  Does that help you?  The answer quite simply is, No.  The real questions are:
1) Are these my ideal clients?  Will they buy my product/service?
2) Are they engaged?  If you have 80,000 Likes but only get 3-5 likes per post, there’s a problem.
3) What business (in $$$) is this creating for my business and what’s my ROI?  Am I getting leads and sales?

To kick off all new campaigns, we go through the following steps:
#1) Audit – How do you currently perform and what platforms do you focus on?  What are some key opportunities for quick wins or issues to fix?
#2) Strategy – Putting together S.M.A.R.T. goals (specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, time-based) considering your budget and business needs.  This includes action items and deliverables.
#3) Execute – We hope that you choose to have us execute the strategy that we develop for you and this will take place on a monthly basis.
#4) Monthly Reporting and Meetings – Our reports aren’t generic.  They are specific and descriptive on tasks that we complete each month.  They are results driven to show you our effectiveness.  And they are explained in a monthly meeting so you understand them and can ask questions.  We also rely on your feedback and depend on you to keep us abreast of company news/sales/changes/highlights.
#5) Measure & Improve – Absolutely no one creates a perfect strategy that never changes.  We will constantly look at what tasks are performing well and how we need to adapt in order to provide you the best results.
