Awesome Website Guys is a US-based website management company. We provide services designed to help businesses launch and maintain their websites, including:

  • Managed website hosting to keep your site online and running.
  • Maintenance such as updates, backups, and routine upkeep.
  • Unlimited support to help you with changes and questions related to your site.
  • SEO and optimization programs intended to improve your site's performance and visibility.
  • An AI website builder that generates website drafts from a prompt you provide.

The specific services available to you depend on the plan you select. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time.

Accounts and Plans

Most of our services are provided through monthly plans. For example, hosting starts at $35 per month, with additional plans available for support and optimization. Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are responsible for your account, including keeping any login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You may request changes to your plan or cancel at any time by contacting us, and changes will take effect according to your current billing cycle.

AI Website Builder

Our AI website builder generates website drafts based on the prompts you submit. These drafts are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed and edited before you rely on them.

You are responsible for the content you submit and for reviewing all generated output before it is published or used. Because the output is generated automatically, we do not guarantee that generated content is unique, accurate, complete, or free of errors. You should verify that the output is suitable for your needs and does not infringe the rights of others before using it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Post, host, or transmit any content that is illegal or that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the services, our systems, or the systems of others.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that we reasonably believe violate these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Our website, brand, logos, and the content we create are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

You retain all rights to the content you provide to us, such as text, images, and other materials. By providing content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to host, store, and display that content as needed to provide the services, and you represent that you have the necessary rights to it.

Third-Party Services and Platforms

To deliver our services, we work with third-party platforms and tools, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, HubSpot, Netlify, and others. Your use of those platforms may also be subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or practices of third-party services, and you agree to comply with any applicable third-party terms.

Payment and Refunds

Plans are billed monthly, and you may cancel at any time. There is no long-term contract required to use our services. If a payment is late or not received, we may pause or suspend your service until the account is brought current. Because our services are month-to-month, fees already paid for the current billing period are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. If you have a billing concern, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. While we work hard to keep your site online and performing well, we do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic levels, or search results, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free uptime.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awesome Website Guys will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Awesome Website Guys and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

Termination

You may stop using the services and cancel your plan at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the services in a way that could harm us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will continue to apply.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
